More push back

A dozen major research universities already have declined the Association of American Universities offer of a climate survey relating to sexual assault.

What is wrong with the Obama/DOE crusade against campus sexual assault?

1.  Its statistics are flawed.  The "1 in 5 female students is a victim" claim counts every reported unwanted kiss and therefore highly overstates the extent of the problem.

2.  Genuine sexual-assault cases belong in the criminal justice system, not in campus kangaroo courts.

3.  These charges are extremely serious and potentially career ending.  The standard of guilt should not be "more likely than not."

No wonder, then, that universities are beginning to bridle.
