A battle is brewing in Bloody Kansas.

University of Kansas students have asked for ten years of emails from a prof they believe is a stealth lobbyist for the Koch brothers.  They rely on the state's Sunshine Law.  He has countered with a lawsuit, pleading academic freedom.
