DOE's OCR reportedly is overworked in the wake of the assault on campus sexual assault.

A separate report of seen says that exonerated accused, finding recourse to the courts problematic, are turning to the OCR for justice.

My prediction:  This situation is going to get far worse before it gets better.  While incidents, such as the Rolling Stone Magazine travesty at the University of Virginia, highlight the potential for abuse in this campus crusade, the campaign is spilling over into other sectors of society... witness the recent crucifixion of Bill Cosby.

Sexual assault is a crime.  The criminal justice system is set up to detect and prosecute crimes.  The creation of an alternate, parallel system of quasi-courts on college campuses will be seen someday, sooner or later, as a major policy blunder of the Obama administration.

There, I've said it and I stand by it.  Let's see if I'm right.
