Piling on to the NCAA

There's the O'Bannon anti-trust case.  And the Northwestern NLRB case.  Both raise questions about whether D1 athletes are students or employees first... and whether the line still exists between pro sports and high-end college athletics.

Now comes a call for a Congressional inquiry.
