Every student an entrepreneur? What does that really mean?

The reality is that since 2008, employers have been doing their darndest to keep staffing at a minimum... to attract unpaid interns... to classify folks as independent contractors.

The Obama Administration has been fighting back, notably the Department of Labor.  And a number of boutique, specialized law firms have been using the Fair Labor Standards Act and other legal tools to challenge this trend.
